Find the QR code
Look for the Authentific QR code on your product packaging, label, closure, or seal.
Open the verification app
Open the Authentific app or the authorized verification application for your deployment and scan the QR code.
Tap the notification
Tap the link that appears. You'll be taken to the product's verification page with an instant result.
What your verification result means
The QR code was issued by Authentific for a genuine product unit. The digital signature is valid, the product has not previously been reported as suspect, and the scan is consistent with the product's expected geographic territory.
The verification raised a concern - this may mean the code is not a genuine Authentific-issued code, the signature is invalid, or the scan pattern is inconsistent with genuine product activity. Do not consume or use the product and contact the brand owner or retailer.
